Menopause sitting pain

If one has a lot of menopausal symptoms, and one does not exercise, sitting for long periods may bring on discomfort.

The advice here is to go get a physical checkup to find out what is the cause of the pain. Is there possibly some nerve infection that may be causing the pain?
