Tightness in toes

Tightness in the toes is the direct result of the sciatic nerve that runs from the lower back to the front of the pelvis and down the inner thigh. Buttocks enhancing exercises, wearing high heels, etc. will bring on tightness in the toes.

Use the thumb to press against the inside of the toe and gradually push the thumb along the inside of the toe. This alleviates the tightness in the toe.
