Steam baths

Steam baths are highly recommended. The direct physical benefits of steam baths are many. They make one sweat, they stimulate circulation, they open up the pores of the skin and cleanse the skin. Hot steam relaxes the muscles, and based on the physical property of water vapors, hot steam rises and cooler water vapor sinks. The rising steam has a suction effect on the skin and draws the heated water vapor on or under the skin to rise and leave the body as heated vapors of sweat, thus reducing leg edema.
