In response to the enquiry: “Sleeping on the floor and kidneys.”
Sleeping in a fetal position compresses the kidneys. Sleeping on a flat surface does not compress the kidneys. I prefer not to have my kidneys compressed by my sleeping posture.
Sleeping on the floor enables the body, the spine, the legs, to stretch out in a relaxed position. A body that is stretched out comfortably does not compress the kidneys nor the liver.
Actually, if one sits in one of those high priced sinking leather sofa where the butt sinks into the seat and one finds it difficult to get out of the expensive sinking sofa, the kidneys will be cramped sitting in the sofa while one is aggravated by the talking heads on TV.
