Thigh cramping and heavy when walking is due to a twisted nerve in the thigh. It is the nerve that extends from the middle of the lower back slightly above the tail bone down through the inner pelvic area and then down the inner thigh.
The cause, in the case that came to me, was butt enlargement exercise and high heels.
Hot bath, butt wiggle, i.e., have someone sit on the butt and wiggle, and precise acupressure of the nerves on the pelvic bone of the inner pelvis should ease the condition. This is the nerve that runs down one side of the vaginal bone, the side of the “upside down vaginal triangle”.
Also, a wrong swing or twist in a game of golf may have twisted this inner nerve of the thigh.
