When dying, several conditions will occur. The muscles and skin will slowly be starved of oxygen. The body slowly loses its ability to eliminate internal gases like carbon dioxide, and thus localized bloating will creep in. The fluids inside the body will be retained within the body as the ability to eliminate such fluids slowly fails.
When dying, skin and muscle elasticity slowly weakens and the response in rebounding becomes slower.
As one presses down, the skin will whiten and remain white for a longer period. Freshness of the skin does not return as quickly.
