Inner thigh pain, high kick

In response. Yes!

One high kick with the toe pointing slightly to the side will pull the inner thigh muscle.

In the high kick, the direction the toe is pointing will not affect the hamstring but will pull the inner thigh muscle and the outer thigh muscle. In the high kick, the hamstring is stretched but not twisted. When the direction of the toe is pointing slightly sideways in the high kick, this will twist the side thigh muscles, i.e., the inner thigh muscles and the outer thigh muscles.

In doing high kicks, make sure the toe is pointing straight forward.

To remedy the inner thigh pain, go for a foot reflexology session or two to loosen up the inneer thigh muscles.
