Back is hurting after falling off a trampoline, what to do?

Put a generous amount of vapor rub on the back and then use plenty of gauze to wrap the torso. Keep the wrap on during the day. At night, before going to bed, take off the wrap around the torso and take a bath. In the morning, wrap the torso again either with gauze or wear a back support girdle around the torso. Wear it everyday until the back pain goes away.
