Stretch out the arms and rotate the arms in the air, drawing big circles in the air.
Stand against a wall, raise both arms until the back of the hands touch the wall, then stretch the arms upward by pushing upwards. Keep the heels on the ground.
Get a 12-gauge shotgun, stand against the wall, hold the shotgun horizontally with both hands, then life the shotgun and the arms up until the back of the hands touch the wall. Now push the shotgun upwards without lifting the heels.
Stand against the wall, raise the arms up until the back of the hands touch the wall, now keep the arms raised and “freeze”. Men cannot last for 30 seconds. Women can last from 1 to 3 minutes.
These exercises also help one lose weight. They also turn out to be quite strenuous.
