Take a hot shower, spend three hours in a hot water jacuzzi with all the hot water jets turned on full blast. Learn to swim. Go jogging. Tell the boss to go to hell! Turn the TV off and put on a pair of good surround sound earphones, plug the earphones into the computer and watch and listen to a lengthy piece of classical music or watch a complete opera.
Drink some wine if you prefer. Drink hot green tea to relax. Vegetarians do not seem to experience tight muscles that often. A friend of mine who is mostly a vegetable and fish eater who eats one egg every morning has a beer belly, tight muscles, and dizziness. The dizziness is the result of below normal blood pressure. In this case, stop the eggs, eat some garlic, onion and hot pepper, eat more lean red meat to get the blood pressure up, and take three hot water showers a day, one in the morning, one at noon at the office, and one at night before bed.
An egg a day or 4 to 6 eggs a week will make one gain about 4 pounds per week. Stop the eggs and soft drinks and one will lose weight.
