Rowing motion after c section

Rowing involves pulling with the hands and arms, slight bending of the lower back and swaying the torso, and stretching of the legs forward.

If the abdominal muscles where the c section is feel tight or feel as if they are pulling to the sides or are being pulled by the rowing motion, stop the exercise. If there is no such feeling, then the rowing exercise should be fine. Start out slow and row in slow motion.
