Legs and back tense up when walking

In response.

When legs and back tense up when walking, the legs, back and the torso tend to become stiff, and one tends to walk with the upper body leaning slightly forward similar to how a zombie walks in the movies.

It usually occurs after getting out of bed. A hot shower will alleviate the tenseness in the legs and the back. Take a hot water shower before walking, or take a hot water shower immediately after walking, or after tensing of the legs and back has occurred while walking.
