Untwist the back and beat up the pain!
Do an exercise of turning the waist in the opposite direction of the original twist. If the twist was to the right, exercise by turning to the left. If the twist was to the left, exercise by turning to the right.
Get a baseball bat and hit the leg. Use the baseball bat to roll down the leg or roll upwards along the leg.
Get someone to apply acupressure or deep tissue massage to lower back and leg.
Soak the legs in a hot tub for at least 45 minutes at a time. Use a hot water jet and blast the lower back and legs with the jets of hot water.
Blast the pain!
