What do I do about a twisted muscle in the leg?

In response to the above enquiry.

There are two ways:  deep tissue massage and/or vibration.

Deep tissue massage and/or vibration should be followed by hot water shower to further relax the muscle.

They should work for both twisted thigh muscle and lower leg muscle.
