In 2015, Taiwan’s working age population, those between ages 15 and 64, numbered 17,369,000 people.  By 2061, the working age population of Taiwan will drop from the present 74.1% to 50% of the total population.

[Master Chen says]  Based on the current percentage of Taiwan’s working age population, Taiwan’s total population is 23,439,946 people.

Taiwan’s present average working age is 35 to 44 years old.  After 15 years, that is by 2030, the average working age will be between 55 and 64 years old.

Since 2013, there are 311 elementary schools on Taiwan that have less than 50 students per school.
