Some Taiwanese food vendors’ comments about Chinese mainland tourists’ behavior

Taiwanese vendor:  “The Chinese mainland tourist will first buy a cup to taste.  If it tastes good to her, five or six others will share that one cup.  They will buy one cup and take ten straws.”

Taiwanese vendor:  “Three Chinese mainland tourist generally buy one piece of cake that costs NT$12, yet the Chinese mainland tourist still complains that it is too expensive.”

Taiwanese vendor answers:  “This is Taiwan, not the Chinese mainland.  Tourists from other countries will not say such a thing.”

Taiwanese vendor:  “Chinese mainland tourists will buy one piece of cake and several of them will take a bite of it.  This is very dirty!”

Taiwanese vendor:  “Each Japanese tourist will buy one piece of cake for himself or herself.  A Chinese mainland tourist will buy one piece of cake and several of them will share it.”

Taiwanese vendor:  “The Chinese mainland tourist will buy one drink and three of them will share that one drink.  It is very unsanitary!”
